Pat's art classes are limited to eight students, three hour sessions (night classes are two and a half hours). Lessons are currently held on Wed mornings at 9:30 to 12:00 and Mon evening at 6:30-9pm. Art lessons are $80 for four consecutive classes (missed classes can be made up at one of the other art lessons during the 4 week period - after that the lesson is forfeited). Individual art classes, room available only, are $25 each week.

Painting classes are held in the Pat's second story studio in NE Albuquerque - loads of good light and good companionship! A silent butler type lift is available to help students get their art supplies upstairs to class - and down again!

These art lessons are held on an informal and individual basis. The use of color, values, glazing, with the incorporation of drawing and perspective, interpretation of photography (as an aid), are the oil painting techniques stressed. Students may choose their subject matter and are encouraged to request assistance in areas of their personal interest and need. Basically we strive to have a good time and absorb the pure enjoyment of being creative.
